For some years now the breakfast with a sweet pancake dipped in a cup of hot almond milk has become a must that cannot miss !I have always been the classic girl who falls asleep dreaming of the morning to finally enjoy the breakfast, since always my favourite meal.
Today I want to share with you a recipe for a simple, tasty and suitable pancake for those who want to keep fit but without sacrificing taste👌🏼
For your pancake you will need:
40g oatmeal chocolate chip flavor (I have used the Prozis one)80ml egg white
1 tbsp baking powder
Topping:
Black cherry glazeCoconut flakes
Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until a uniform mixture is obtained.Grease a narrow and tall pan and cook the dough for 6/7 minutes.
Serve on a plate and garnish with the topping ingredients

Per il tuo pancake avrai bisogno di:
40 g di farina d'avena con gocce di cioccolato (ho usato quella di Prozis)
80 ml di albume d'uovo
1 cucchiaio di lievito in polvere
Guarnizione:
Glassa all'amarena
Fiocchi di cocco
Metodo:
Mescolare tutti gli ingredienti in una ciotola fino ad ottenere una miscela uniforme.
Ungi una padella stretta e alta e cuoci l'impasto per 6/7 minuti.
Servire su un piatto e guarnire con gli ingredienti topping
