 Ció che vi occorre✨:

100 gr farina di avena 

60 gr farina di cocco

1 uovo

20 gr di miele/zucchero di canna/eretritolo

un cucchiaino di lievito

100 ml di latte vegetale

50 ml di yogurt al cocco

Per la farcitura:

yogurt greco al cocco q.b

Procedimento:

- In una ciotola miscelate le farina e il lievito.

-Aggiungete il latte,lo yogurt,l‘uovo e il dolcificante da voi scelto e continuate a mescolare fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.

-versate il tutto in una tortiera da 14cm.

-cuocete a 180 gradi per 40 minuti.

-una volta fatta raffreddare guarnitela con lo yogurt al cocco.

20 grams of honey / brown sugar / erythritol

a teaspoon of yeast

100 ml of vegetable milk

50 ml of coconut yogurt

Greek coconut yogurt to taste

Method:

- In a bowl, mix the flour and baking powder.

-Add the milk, yogurt, egg and the sweetener of your choice and continue mixing until the mixture is homogeneous.

- pour everything into a 14cm pan.

- cook at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

-Once cooled, garnish with coconut yogurt
